About The Practice
We assess and treat a wide variety of injuries:
- Spinal pain and headaches
- Sports, muscular and peripheral injuries
- Work and motor vehicle injuries
The services we provide are:
- Physiotherapy – mobilisation, manipulation, stretching and traction
- Remedial Massage
- Hydrotherapy
- Fibreglass casting
- Pilates or gentle exercise classes
- Functional and biomechanical assessments
- Ultrasound, interferential and TENS
- Provide braces, orthotics, exercise balls, heat & ice packs, tape and exercise weights
We aim to have a good relationship with medical and other rehabilitation professionals and provide regular progress reports regarding our patients.
We look forward to providing a friendly and efficient service for you.

- Graduated from Sydney University 1996
- Interested in a variety of sports and worked at the Sydney Olympics
- Private physiotherapy practice since 1998
- Registered with Workcover NSW
- Likes to take a hands on and exercise based approach
